It is really a very good establishment. Very serious. The equipment is very well maintained and the dive manager is very pleasant and very helpful. I highly recommend it because it is very rare in Sudan. It also offers swimming lessons for those who have not been diving for some time. My husband is diving and I am snorkeling.

Although it wasn’t the perfect timing for diving, I took a diving course at Red sea secret diving center in the first days of September. At first, I was in contact with Mustafa via Whatsapp and there was a slight misunderstanding around the dates but in the end everything was alright. I paid for the course in advance in their office in Khartoum (300$). Since I was the only one who was taking a course, I had to pay 50$ extra, but it was totally worth it. Mustafa’s attitude towards diving is very professional and he doesn’t leave any room for mistakes, so I had to perform 100% at every practice before we could go to the next one. For the last dive in Port Sudan, we went to the famous Umbria shipwreck. One hour that we spent under water was gone so fast, but it was really magical and unforgettable experience. I would definitely take the course with Red sea secret diving center again 🙂 p.s.: Lady in their Khartoum office (unfortunately, I forgot her name) was also so friendly and helpful. She was checking if everything is ok, almost on a daily basis. :))

French divers (levels : 1 CMAS 2* and 1 PADI OWD), we did an excellent diving trip in Port-Sudan, arranged by Mustafa (manager of the RSSDC). The organization was perfect and the choosen sites very interesting (in particular the famous wreck UMBRIA). Mustafa has a great sense of adaptation. I had the chance to dive with mostafa, the founder of this great dive center and the only padi center i know in sudan. It was a great experience, very professional in teaching and guiding, very good dive gear, and very helpful and kind when dealing with people. Thank you mostafa and good luck.

My wife and I took this course at the end of August which is one of the hottest months in Sudan to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Even though we went out of season to get certified, Mustafa was very accommodating to our needs. We paid $600 for the three day course. My wife was in contact with Mustafa from the time she inquired about Red Sea Secrets Diving prices till the day we actually met at the Red Sea Secrets Diving Center in Khartoum to sign paper and waivers, then in Port Sudan. Mustafa was very helpful and informative about everything we needed for the course. Mustafa took care of everything including our stay in Port Sudan which was an added touch of his hospitality. With that being said Mustafa's attitude towards getting us certified was very professional which was very much appreciated, that just meant that he wanted to make sure we succeed in our open water certification. He was very thorough with our practice sessions and made sure we were comfortable with the equipment and all the safety procedures before moving on to the next step. All his hard work and our training paid off when we went for our last dive to the Italian shipwreck roughly an hour or so out of the shore. The scenery was absolutely breath taking. Due to our thorough practice on equalizing and buoyancy we spent more time looking around at the under water natural environment than worrying about how to keep ourself afloat. The moment just cannot be explained in words, definitely I will remember it for the rest of my life and all of this was possible because of Mustafa and the Red Sea Secrets Diving Center. So my sincere thanks to Mustafa. Hopefully you can be my buddy instead of an instructor next time I am in sudan.
